Today, I am learning about Will Eisner, an American cartoonist, writer, and entrepreneur.
He started his career in the 1930s and is considered one of the most important people in the world of comics. I chose to research him because his work is connected to my art project.
One of his most famous books, Comic and Sequential Art, has many helpful ideas that can inspire me. In the book, Eisner explains how comics are not just about pictures and words, but about how they work together to tell a story.

Eisner explains how emotions can be shown through body language, posture, and different speech bubbles. He also teaches how the perspective of a scene can change its meaning, and how to plan a comic using storyboards.
The examples in the book show how Eisner used these techniques in his own work, which helps me understand how to use them in my project. I’m excited to use these ideas to improve my comic project.
